How much does shipping cost for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping rates apply to small accessories, while heavy items like power racks and treadmills are calculated based on weight and destination. We offer free shipping on all orders over $999.
What is your return policy for gym gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, items showing signs of wear or assembly cannot be returned.
Do you offer assembly services for home gyms?
Yes, we partner with professional technicians to provide white-glove delivery and assembly services in most metropolitan areas. You can select this option at checkout.
Do Spartan Fitness products come with a warranty?
All our strength equipment features a lifetime warranty on frames and a 2-year warranty on moving parts and upholstery. Electronic components are covered for 1 year.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
