At Spartan Fitness Equipment, we stand by the durability of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Processing

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
